Looks like they used a Collins 310B or 310C as the VFO-exciter in this rig.
This is obviously some homebrew project or a kit that used the Collins PTO
as the main control for the exciter which has an 807 final.
Has a different front panel etc. from the typical Collins equipment
Yet it clearly bears some resemblance. Has a built in 120V AC power supply.

Dimensions: 21-1/8" wide, 17-3/8" deep and 11-5/8" high. Weight 83 pounds.

Has not been recapped or restored, but everything is there, and in good condition
and it has a new 3-way AC power cord that has been installed for safety.
Crystal cover is missing. Microphone connector was changed to a standard 1/4" style
plug instead of original 2-prong unshielded connector.
VFO, Band switch, loading switch, loading caps, meter etc. are all in good shape.

The pictures were taken before the 6146 mod tubes were installed. Comes with a copy
of the manual. The rig comes with all of the screws - the four long cabinet screws
and the original rear apron screws - all in clean shape. A couple of rub spots near
the VFO dial could be repainted easily.

This Valiant has no major issues, and it will make a great project and will
clean up very nicely. Just needs a little spit and shine - you could maybe repaint
the cabinet, but it is really not bad as-is. I just saw one of these going for
$1395.00 fully restored.

This fine old AM-CW transmitter is missing the top cover and needs a new AC power cord.

the need to fabricate a lid or to rack mount this unit.
